Can anyone recomend a good councillor / service in Bedfordshire?
Hi everyone, Not sure if it's OK to ask for personal recommendation's, but I've got through about 5 therapists and really am at a loss as to what to do now. They've all failed in different ways (One joked that I shouldn't go near any sharp objects at the end of a session, after I'd disclosed I'd had suicidal ideations - Another pressured me to see her 5 days a week - at a cost of £45 a session I couldn't manage more than 2 a week). I go through stages of thinking I can get through this myself, start to realise I can't, then withdraw from my other support networks (Sorry steve), and turn back to drink. I was sitting at home worrying as I only had 2 bottles of wine in the house and I wasn't sure that would be enough to get me through the evening. AA is not for me because of the religious links. Any advice would be great. Cheers Mark |

Sadly, not a word, but have emailed him, via M and nothing back as yet, but heres hoping hes keeping sane, fit and fighting back as only he can Keep in touch, via email, phone, IM, etc, not hiding behind this board! §tèvë |

hay mark hang on in ther i am at the start and i think if we all stick togeather and talk we can all help each other i am in watford and will be going to the st albans group ( is that to far for you ) ? i will let you no how i get on ...just hangon in there mate |
