Excellent. No other way to move forward that I can think of. Group therapy was suggested to me and I wasn't sure, I needed time to reflect on the suggestion whereas my therapist could see that I was doing better than I consciously realised. The need to sort other areas of life must have kicked in and put the abuse in context. So! Got to check out the group listings now... |
