Re: Soultone Cymbals

Hello!

Just read Aaron Steele's note on how great the Soultone cymbals sound, and I wanted to add to this that a good friend of mine just returned from a brief trip to the LA area, stopped by the Drum Connection, and had a chance to listen to quite a few of these new cymbals--He liked them very much, and knows what a connoisseur of fine cymbals I am, he said I would also probably like them very much--I have never heard any of the Soultone cymbals, and just wanted to ask Aaron and any other guys who have purchased some of them to tell me more about them, from their own personal perspective, I'm quite interested now, and would appreciate any input I can get, as they are not locally available here in Kansas City to check out--Any thoughts from anybody? I'm listening--

Thanks!

Don

Re: Soultone Cymbals

These cymbals sound wonderful. They complement Thr33's music very well, and are the best choice for me in this band. They are very versatile, I can take them into any situation and they will always shine, every time. All Soultone Cymbals have an amazing tone; I wouldn't play any other cymbal at this point in my career.

Re: Soultone Cymbals

i also wanted to comment on just how truly amazing soultone cymbals sound!! I have been playing them for about a year and a half now, and i wouldnt play any other brand even if they gave them to me. i have had producer after producer, sound guy after sound guy tell me that this is how a cymbal should sound!! That tells you something!!
