Morning everyone Karen may need a few hugs from us all today as she has to say " see you soon " today . Sending you big hugs hun , we are all here for you if you need us. Please send our love to your son also and hope that he gets off okay today.

Hi everyone, what can i say, thankyou all for your messages, it was a horrible morning and im afraid i have to admit im sat here with a stiff drink now, and no, ill never say its too early again  Ive made my eyes sore. Craig was ok until he went to board then im afraid we all lost it, must have looked a right site but i dont care, now im on countdown. Thankyou again and love to you all xxxxxxxx

Ohh sending you a big hug Karen , saying goodbye is the hardest part . We are all here for you hun to help keep you busy A special calender or diary is where you can cross off the days you have left , its sometimes called a chuff chart . I used to save my crosses off until the qweekend as it really felt like i had done well and a week had flown by |

Thankyou Pink and thanks for that although put the date up the minute i got home on the wall calender . Really not doing myself any favours here, sat here looking over all his baby pics, i really must sort myself out before hubby gets in, hes craigs stepdad and not a lot of support and hates it if i get upset (you know the ones), he cant handle it, totally void of any emotions. I promise i will feel better tomorrow xxxx

Your fully entitled hun to be feeling the way you are , he is your baby after all no matter how old he is. Try to concentrate on some other things for the rest of the evening if you can , i know its far easier said than done at times . We have our party night tonight at 8 pm , that will keep you busy for a bit and give you a little giggle if you fancy joining in xx

Hi Karen, my hubby is Jamies step dad, he is generally quite supportive, but we had a few rows about me spening so much time on the p.c, which i never did until Jamie was deployed and I discovered these fab chat forums. He was accusing me of chatting up men and all sorts of things.... well I`m sure the last thing on my mind was having affairs!! the only affairs I am having are with you lot!! Unfortunately i had more bother with my ex, Jamies dad, ringing up crying when he was drunk, well I certainly didnt need that!!! He was also crying when Jamie rang him, which I told him off about, I always try to be happy and positive when he rings me, they have enough to deal with out there, without worrying about how we are coping..... |

Okay hun , see how you feel and if your feeling a bit better and fancy joining in then that will be fab  . What we do is we start off several threads with little games on such as charades and A-Z games and we all just post and play them. Because there are so many of us at times it can be quite a good giggle when were all answering things at different times , and watch out for Teresa , she will stick the word " ugly" in at any of the A-Z games

Hi Linda, weel we havnt had rows yet but must admit ive started to spend more time on here than ever, i say "just going to check emails" he says "see you in a couple of hours then" im sure he wonders too....... an affair? now theres a thought Havnt spoken to my ex as i wouldnt know what to say and would probably make myself look a right idiot, would like to talk to him but would probably end up blubbering and i couldnt possibly do that in front of him

my ears have been burning and now I know why Karen I still can't stop myself from shedding a tear when I think of some of the things my lad has told me about his tour ....its our job as mums to be emmotional. Think my hubby has given up on my PC usage now, I have my own laptop so there is no fight for the PC time...trouble is he has a study and I get the dinning table

used to it Karen and have become thick skinned The only thing I dislike about my laptop is the flat keys ...my nails are long and I tend to catch the wrong keys when I type...I also find I need to sit at a table with it so god knows why its called a laptop Tell hubby he can check in on us and say hi then he will know we are mainly ladies on here Our men posters are quiet at the minute but we know they are reading
