Apologies from me
Hi all, ive just been reading through my old posts and realise i never formally introduced myself, i just logged on and started ranting . So for the people who dont know me from facebook, here goes!Im 41, live on the south coast and on my 2nd marriage - to Andrew(no3) (my exhubby was andrew as was my ex partner between hubby no1 and no2, confused? i am thats why i stuck with the same name )As some of you already know my eldest son whos 20 is in the army and due to go to sunnier climes' and my youngest son is 17, i work full time for a famous slimming(????) crispbread company which is ok but the hours i work allow me to spend alot of my time on the computer and annoy you lot .Im really glad this site was recommended to me as ive had some lovely replies to my posts, all be it they all seem to be me moaning, and you seem a great bunch and hopefully will get the chance at some point to meet some of you and put faces to names. Thankyou all again, now thats done i really must go and do some hoovering xx

LOl Teresa, no i didnt get the name tattoed, it just seemed to be good or bad luck - whichever way you look at it - that i seemed to pick the guys with the same name lol although i knew my hubby from when we were at school, hadnt seen him for 20 odd years , bump into him in a pub and the rest is history. Yes got a good one now (well sometimes )and as you say im glad i met the 1st one as without him i wouldnt have my amazing boys.Im sure work might be able to do something though not sure what but any ideas i will put forward to them and im such a pain in the a*** that they will probably agree to anything within reason, as im quite vocal at work with my views on how the armed forces are treated (must get a new soap box lol) |

me too, though on the whole those I work with are supportive too and always asked how my lad was when away and worried for me when there was sad news...I work for cancer research so the adverage age of my workmates is about 70...they are all lovely though and its like having 20 Nans...mine have passed away now so in a way its lovely to have them

Heehee Teresa, I work mainly with old folk, they are brilliant, and love to know what my lads are up to!! the older generation are generally very supportive of our troops, most having first hand knowledge of war... only really had one negative response from an old woman, but she is horrible about everything and everybody!!!
